hi
i am interested for a 45-70 whit your 300grainer in a pressure range for the newer marlins.

How about a couple loads for the old Whelen? Maybe a 200 GR AccuBond, and a Partition of some sort? There's only 3 factory loads currently available for this great caliber and only one is considered a "premium" loading and that is the Federal with Trophy Bonded Bear Claw bullet.

We are loading the 35 whelen. Should be completed by next week.

We just finished the 338 win mag 210 pt, 340 wby 210 pt, and 338-06 210gr pt.

Nosler,

Thanks for putting the .376 Steyr choice on there. I will buy 100 rounds initially, and more if they shoot well in my rifle. ;)

Your 300 grain NP shoots well in my two .375 H&Hs, so I expect this will work too. The NP is also a great killer in the .375. The more I use them the more I appreciate the design features.

Definitely go for the .376 Steyr. Caveat - Insure your cases are proberly dimensioned as Hornady's cases have historically been short in the base to shoulder dimension which causes case separation after a couple of reloadings.

Eric Ching and I did a lot of research into this matter.

I would like to see Nosler load the 286 grain Partition, for the 9,3x74R.
In my Chapuis double rifle 65 grains of IMR 4831 [Fed 215 primer] and the 286 Nosler Partition shoots and regulates very well. With the 286 Partition I have taken several Deer and Wild Pigs, a couple of Coyotes, Impala, Kudu, and a 383 lb Black Bear. Shots have ranged from 12 yards to a little over 300 [Kudu]. The Partition works very well. It would be a great factory load for those people who do not reload as well as for those times that you just do not have time to set at the reloading bench. The 9,3x74R is increrasing in popularity here in the US. This load would no doubt sell good overseas as well.

How about a 500 grain, 458 Lott, at 2150 FPS?

Well

Why not add the 8X68S   200 grain Partition, 180 grain ballistic tip or 200 grain AccuBond would be nice

9,3X64 Brenneke is also a nice round...

Cheers

Having used the 416 cal. 400 gr. Nosler, I would love to see a .423 bullet for the 404 Jefferys with the same construction...The 416s are fantastic and I have shot about a dozen buffalo with them, couldn't ask for a better bullet...

lets see a .404 Jeffery.....say about 350 grains to 400 grains.....maybe in a bonded or partician bullet.
