What would you scope it with?

I bought a SAVAGE 12 LONG RANGE PRECISION MATTE BLACK in 6.5 CREEDMOOR. Heavy beast but then again I will not be not shooting it except the range and banging steel as far as I can.

What would you scope it with?

Didn't you have a high-magnification Swarovski sitting around?

No. Just a SWFA super sniper 5-20 and another super sniper in 3-15. The Swarovski is a 3-9x36 and it is on the Titan 2 Voere 7 Maggie

I'd try the 3x-15x first to see whether that gives you enough magnification for consistent 500yd. hits on 8" gongs.

The one down side to high magnification is mirage. If you can't see the target without turning down the power, it is kind of waste.

I was doing the scope merry-go-round so I have to put one on the 30-378 and one on the Creed......

Which on which?
