Whats your favorite season of the year to hunt?

Mine would have to be fall-winter for a few reasons.

Deer season is uppon us

I love hunting in the snow!!!

Thanksgiving.....MMMM

The seasonal beers are being released.

I get to dress in my cammos.

Just some reasons I can think of off the top of my head...

Oct. is mine. Bow season for deer or take the dog and my shotgun out for partridge and woodcock. Or I can still fish.

I love the cool blue sky days and the fall foilage. NO bugs.

Is just doen't get any better. 8)

 Fall has been my favorite time of the year since I was a little kid. Mom and Dad thought it was funny that I thought Opening Day of Pheasant Season was a bigger deal than any other holiday. At ten or twelve years old I was surprised when it wasn't on the calendar with all the other holidays...

Fall brings the hunting seasons, the air is crisp, the leaves turn, the steelhead and salmon start their runs... And I don't have to mow the lawn anymore for months and months.

Just this morning, the first morning in months that I've pulled on a sweatshirt as soon as I got out of bed. Sure felt good!

Regards, Guy

Fall.
Brisk mornings, fall colors, and polished horn.

I love the fall, however spring is my time. Something about starting spring gobbler out and the trees are still bare and watching them come to life during the season.

Plus those ol' gobblers just tear me up.......

Fall has to be mine. My favorite seasons are here deer, elk, salmon, stealhead, and football season the air is cool and crisp alergys are gone and snow is just around the corner makes me feell ike a kid agin.

Late September antelope. Hard work (stalking the big ones). But you're not suffering with the cold and inclement weather.

Fall, hands down!

POP...The Posse is doing a Texas speed goat hunt Sept. 21-23 up in the panhandle. I can't wait.

We are going to hunt hogs and do some predator calling the weekend before in the hill country to get ready.

Next year, I would like to try and head up your way for a public lands pronghorn hunt.
