Which scope for a Air gun?

I am talking a RWS 350 Magnum 177 cal break barrel action.

As you know these actions produce severe reverse recoil and can totally destroy even a decent scope that would regularly outlast a 338 Win mag. So what scope within a reasonable price have you guys have had luck with?

Your correct... I found that out years ago when I purchased a Beeman R1 because my parents wouldn't let me have a .22 to shoot ground squirles with around my Grandma's place. I bought a cheep-o 4X tasco that lasted a few weeks before the X-hairs were hanging....
I then purchased a Beeman 66R 2-7 X 32 which is still on it. That was back in the early 80's.
