Win Super grade!

I can see that the wood is nothing spectacular; it is, however, a desirable cartridge. Realistically, I'm rifle poor right now, and unlike you, I seem seldom to divest myself of my treasures. Nevertheless, you have found a couple of great treasures. That 300 WSM is a real score for someone!

How about a new in box 264 super grade? Now if this one had the wood of the 300 shortie it would be mine!

Mike, why have you not bought that 264 yet!!! Gosh darn that is a nice rifle.. I like the wood on a 264 too, wouldn't break my heart as much dragging it through the timber and such.

That is one nice looking 300WSM though. Fotis, everyone needs a smaller 300 when the 30-378 isn't warranted!

Guy, that is one nice rifle huh? I keep my eyes open for REALLY nicely stocked rifle. I wished I was in more of a position for that 300WSM. It fits the bill all the way around. Scotty

Fotis,

There is a glaring gap begging to be filled with a 300 WSM! How can you not see it. There are plenty of enablers here to assist you in seeing the obvious.

...it's a shame they don't make a Super Grade in .325, big hole right there...

...then again, there's always the Kimber Mod 8400 WSM Classic Select...

I figure I'm about two months away from beginning the search for a .264. But that one is tempting...

I guarantee you would really like it. Heck I've already did the load work buddy! Like that 264. Pretty fast and easy to shoot. Scotty

Had two in 270 wsm. Both went back for accuracy issues. both came back problematic.

Unfortunately, I handled too many Kimbers that suffered serious accuracy issues. Factory service was terrible at best. One rifle was rebarreled twice and still wouldn't shoot. The owner finally bought a Pac-Nor tube and it shot great. I'm told that they rectified the accuracy issues, but it is difficult to want to return to Kimber after seeing so many that yielded patterns. They are a handsome rifle. I certainly could have forgiven the issues that were cropping up, but the attitude of the representatives left me unwilling to part with my money to pick one up.

Sounds OH so familiar! :p

Another handsome rifle, to be certain. The darker wood is not as immediately eye-catching as the 300 WSM. Nevertheless, nicely figured and very attractive rifle.

I think that I would have bitten on the .264 Mag SG that was shown a few days ago. Not quite as much figure in the stock but a scarce caliber for Winchester.

That 264WM was pretty nice. Looked like a solid hunting rifle. Plus, as you said Charlie, you don't run across 264's everyday. Scotty

Fotis is certainly throwing up some most attractive Winchesters. I haven't seen one that didn't have appeal.

That 300WSM he posted on the first page is really a nice rifle... I think I know where I will focus my efforts when I start to search for a SG in 300WSM. Scotty

Wow, that is a good deal... I wish someone sold those steel grip caps to put on commoner M70s. They're a perfect blend of subtle but classy!

Still available

I bet it is! Wished I could get one right now but I just kinda got on top of my current rifles. That is one awesome SG though. Might try selling a kidney. I hate passing up nice M70's. Scotty
