Just a heads up or PSA if you will… I got in touch with Winchester/Olin about some primers that popped through the edges of the primers. They took a while and about 15 emails back and forth to finally get them picked up I send back 2 lot #’s totaling 1400 primers. Called to get an update on the inspection process and time frame the girl told me I’m getting 2000 new ones sent to you. Well they arrived yesterday and man I am super impressed with Winchester/Olin ammo people. Again just an fyi

I either purchased or was gifted their bagged brass over the years and they stood behind it. Too bad the quality has gotten awful be the customer service I received was outstanding. Went on their sight filled out a complaint and added some pictures. Within a couple day I got a return label and had to send the bad pieces back. Within a month I would receive a check.

Took about three months to get a check back from them last time when I had some defective 22 WMR ammo. That was probably 5 to 6 years ago.

I’m not sure why their QC is fallen seemingly more than others but they have stood behind it very amicably. They gave me the option to get a check or replacement

Yeah thats a lot!! Was it just thinner primmer cups causing the issue? Must have been, Larry Gene

Any mass product endeavor will have occasional defective units. That said I have had extremely good luck with Winchester’s primers.
