Couldn't stand it. Had loads worked up for a while but the wind won't quit. So I shot. 18 mph gusts to 25:grin:

6.5-06 AI, 56.5 RL26, 140 AB, 3040, 100 yds

260 AI, 48.5 H4831SC, 140 AB, 2955 fps

6-284, 53 RL26, 105 Berger, 3340 fps

Think I'll shorten the 6.5-06 a hair and that should be close.

Sometimes you go when you can and are just happy to get out of the house and shoot. But those are good targets regardless of the wind. Well done.

Dewey that is some very good shooting (y).
Thank you for the post & photos.

Blessings,
Dan

I'm pleased with all of them but the one I plan to shorten a little and see what's there. Being as they are ABs, maybe a bit more jump may do the trick.
Seems almost counterintuitive sometimes, ABs you shorten, Bergers you lengthen. LOL

The bonding process is a game changer in terms of adjustment to obtain accuracy, isn't it.

Yessir and I find it fascinating.
You would think a streamlined 140 gr bullet is just that. But throw bonded vs cup and core and the entire seating depth changes. I'm still trying to figure how a chemical bond changes that. Also if seating depth changes due to that then does bonding initially change the developed bc? Sorry, I find it interesting.
