I am trying to find information on rl 23 and rl 26 for the 280 AI with 168 Berger vld bullets.
I would be grateful if someone would help me find a safe zone with the 2 powders for these bullets.

By having my bullet seated out farther then in the ql you posted does it make much of a difference in pressures by the loads?
 
You would note an increase in charge before hitting max chamber pressure, but the increased velocity would be marginal, if measurable. How much of an increase in OAL are you envisioning? Remember, the more data you provide the more accurate the QL projection. Measured case volume and measured OAL are critical to accurate measurements.
