WSM Barrel Grooves

I have a factory Winchester Model 70 WSM I would like to rebarrel to a 7mm WSM for a long range hunting rifle project. It looks like the factory WSM barrel comes with a 4 groove barrel. Is it a problem to replace it with a Rock Creek or Bartlein 5 groove barrel?

I've got a 5r Bartlein up gunsmith for a 284 and Kreiger 5r on order.

Bartlein/Rock Creek are about 1yr out now and I'm 6mos on the Kreiger 5r barrel. You might want to try Broughton and see what their wait is on a 5c barrel. http://www.rifle-barrels.net/bore.html
