My old buddy and fellow Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor put me through the "Retired Officers Qualification Course" which admittedly is pretty easy... We had a blast, and I enjoyed spending the afternoon with a bunch of old cop buddies and staying current on defensive pistolcraft.
My old buddy is gleefully pointing out that there is a .45 hole in the 7 ring. I have NO idea how that got there. Perhaps it was in the target before I started shooting? A factory defect? Someone else shot my target? Who knows? I mean... I couldn't possibly have put that shot there... Could I?
Passing this course, and being a retired officer in "good standing" allows me to legally carry concealed in all 50 states. I treasure that ability!
