2 small neck roasts, 1 bone in, 1 boneless. Wife lightly fried some mushrooms and onions in a heavy dose of butter than put that in with the 2 roasts that were seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Put the mixture in a crock pot, poured a can of cream of celery over the roasts and set the crock pot on low. 7 1/2 hrs later it was fork tender with an excellent blend of flavors.
First time she prepared roasts exactly this way, but we both agreed it wont be the last time. Very good by my tastes.
