    I just arrived from a friend's farm. 600 acres of just harvested wheat sorrounded by thornbush. I walked from 8 pm to 5am !!!!!!!!!!!!! I only saw ONE pig and it seemed he was riding a motorbike, I was unable to cut distances. A pity because the night was warm and the yellow harvested fields...

    Thanks Dr.Mike, indeed the 9,3x62 is a superb hunting caliber and his bigger brother, the 9,3x64 is as good as the venerable 375 H&H. Here is a buff and a pig taken with my 9,3x62 using 286 gr. Round Nose bullets :mrgreen: Sorry for hijacking the thread... :oops: L
