Ive Been reloading for a few years now and recently reloaded some rounds using once fired brass. Store bought rounds fire and eject without any issues. My reloads using the same weight bullets green fine, but fail to eject and get stuck in the barrel. When I get the shell casing out panther barrel the primer is gone. I’m reloading at the starting rate listed by the powder manufacturer and been told my powder load is too much. Also the last stuck casing the base was cracked. Having tried the starting point and above with no success I’m at a loss as to what the issue is. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

if the fired brass case is not extracting after being fired , your powder charge sounds to be too high . this can be caused by numerous things , but most likely too much powder . if the primer is falling out of a fired brass case , the powder charge is too high for sure . with you having both symptoms , I'll say the powder charge is too high .

list your recipe you are using for your reloaded ammo . we can double check it for you .

Yes, what everyone else is saying. It sounds like your ammo is dangerously overpressure. Stop shooting this ammo immediately and give exact details on your load.

Obviously something is radically wrong here. Knowledge of the firearm, load data including powder charge, bullet brand and weight and primer would help a great deal.
