Great friend!A friend surpised me a couple months ago with a few boxes of these that he "found":
So now it looks like I'll have to work up a load.
Wouldn't it be nice to still pay $6.45/box!?!?
My load is 50.0 gr of W748in WW cases using WLR primers.

After not being able to get out and hunt last week for the WV opener I was able to get out this morning after I finished chores. Went down to a flat below the house where turkeys travel. Got there about 9:15 and made of few clucks on each of the 3 slates I had with me. Waited about 10 minutes and made a couple clucks and set the call down. When I looked back up I saw a head pop up over the hill in a dip that comes up the side of the mountain then another and another. 3 gobblers and 2 Jake’s all silent not a peep out of them. Took about 5 minutes for them to separate and give me a shot. Of course the one I shot flopped and went down over the mountain and the chase was on. Only rolled about 50 yards. Weighed 18lbs with a 10 inch beard and 1 inch spurs. First year with tss and a red dot on my 20 gauge.
