no offense intended, but, where did you read that you will only get 1500 rounds out of a 7 ultramag barrel? Is that because people load them to hot or what? Just wondering because I am thinking about getting one, but if you have hard proof, i may rethink.
I could not agree more. All I shoot is Nosler. I wont even buy anything else. One of these days I might try the Accubonds. Heck, maybe Ill just take a couple of hours and drive up there.

You guys saved me tonight. I searched through lots of old post just to find the OAL of a 7mm Untra Mag cartidge. Thank you, to all of you. My loading manual did not have the 7 Ultra, just the 300 Ultra.
