Some days I really wonder if I'm nuts or just plum crazy.....
This weekend, while at the Tulsa Gun Show.... I was 'asked' to build a couple AR's for my friends......... sheessshhh... with friends like these... who needs an enema??
So.... gonna post a couple photos and if something looks...

Offhand at that.....wonder where he learned to shoot like that??

One thing you can do is send the die back to the manufactor and have them inspect and evaluate it. If repairable, they can do so, if not they will tell you what the problem is and cost of replacement.
I've even heard of some manufactors replacing dies free of charge.
Give them a call and find...
Not all dies are created equal..... but we already knew that.
I've found that when sizing Lake City 308, my Redding dies are just a tad better then the Lee's I use for commerical brass.
I am a big fan of Hornady's New Deminsion Cusatom Dies with the floating bullet alignment sleeve. I first...
The last one I fired was a High Standard Citation with a Norrel Suppressor. Actually the barrel and suppressor were all in one.
Sucker was so smooth...when firing it indoors....all you could hear was the brass tinkling as they hit the floor.
large can...... white line painted down the center...
When obummer first took office....her majesty poleski stated that gun control was off the books and would not even be considered. This is in reaction to the results of Clinton's mid-term election where he got spanked for signing the Brady Bill......
The democrats are slowly starting to realize...
Not sure this applies here...but I'd feel remissed if I didn't mention it.
NOTE: DrMike and Fotis are on the money....+1
Anyway, I recently got to test Dave Manson's Crowning Kit. One of the barrels we tested it on was a take-off. A Remington 22-250 Varmint barrel. Unfired. It was taken...
I shoot a CZ 550 Varmint in 308..... have a friend that liked mine so much he bought one just like it...
He liked it so much...he now owns 5 different CZ's.
You wil find they are excellent shooters right out of the box.
Plus side..... you can leave it for long periods in an ammo sleeve without risk of corrosion. Good for long term storage, especially if the primer and bullet are sealed against moisture.
Minus side .... hard and can be rough on dies. Inspect regulary. And rough spot in the plating can...
I've taken several deer with an Enfield. Bought my first rifle at age 15 from a cousin for $25.00.
It's a good, hard hitting round.
Do not have one in my inventory at this time, but if the situation presents itself with one in good condition for the right price....certainly would add it to...
Nice looking pistola.....
Sweaty hand concern is simple..... Pachmyer wrap around grips works great and you save your lovely wood grips from getting dinged up.
Trigger......hhhmm.... fixable.
now we need a range report on it!!!
Mr Miller makes a good point in his post, but I'd feel remiss in not commenting on it.
First, the author of the article does not mention either bullet type or weight. Only caliber. And I feel comfortable with the fact I'm sure that Mr. Miller did not automatically assume any specific bullet...
I have a Micro-Hunter in 7mm-08..... fantastic rifle....
But price is what has kept me from buying more Brownings.... I can buy a Tikka T3 w/wood for less.
I just never cared for the BOSS system either..... to me it took away the challenge of load developement.
