    Nosler .25 cal 110 Accubonds

Never tried them but found a couple bags of blems in the .25 bullet drawer. . Will have to load a few for the 25-06 and 257 Roberts to see how they do. My go to in the 25.06 has been the old 120 grain solid base.

First range session Savage Axis ll—6.5 Creedmoor

Thanks for the reply. Was wondering how this would work for a deer load. May not have ti experiment much more with this rifle then as I have a couple boxes loaded and ready to go.

First range session Savage Axis ll—6.5 Creedmoor

Preowned rifle/scope combo. Trying out some Nosler handloads. I haven’t shot much lately so I think the rifle itself is fine and I was spreading them out. Pleasant combo to shoot from the bench.

    Alternative to 4064.

Just curious what else you were using the H4895 for? I’ve got a couple of pounds in the stash but have never tried it.

    Reloading slowing down

Before I retired I spent a lot of time reloading and shooting. Goal was to develop a decent hunting load for most of my guns and reloading/shootingwas something that could be timed easily between my work shifts. I actually did a lot of brass prep on the job during night shifts. At this point I...

    Poor Winchester brass quality control.

I’ve used quite a bit of Winchester brass and have never had an issue other than an occasional funky piece. Haven’t bought any in a while and I have been reading about quite a few failures lately.

CCI LR mag primers Sportman Warehouse.

Been very fortunate to have a good supply stashed away. Last primer purchase I made I did pick up a brick of small pistol primers for the 9mms. Price at that time was just under $40. The short supply and high prices has taken the fun out of reloading for a lot of folks.

    Range Moments

Elk broke the antenna off this camera the other day and it quit communicating with my phone. I replaced the antenna this evening and it is working well again. Fortunately while it was not communicating it did continue to record and I got this elk sequence that I thought was amusing and a blurry...

    Today's Eagle Photo

Good timing on that one. I had a bunch of fish heads and tails out for the birds. At about 0:30 in the vid the buzzards scatter and an eagle appears. Impressed me of how the buzzards were aware of it coming and the eagle knew what it was after.
