I use 200 gr pointed Corelokts in my .358, over a near max load of IMR-4895 - the load is just about as much powder as you can fit in the case. I go to just above the base of the neck - I'd have to look up the charge weigth at home. They shoot great.

Imr-7828 has worked well in both .300 wthbys I have tried it in. One shoots 85 gr under a 180 Partition and mine can only handle 82 gr - so start low and work up to the max in your rifle. I haven't tried the new short cut version, but it should work very well.

Thanks - I did get the Partitions to group into a half-inch or less with 25.0 gr of BL(C)-2 and a mag primer. This is the load I will use. I usually get better groups with the 40 gr BT and H-335 or W-748, but this is certainly good enough!

I tried just two loads with the 60 gr Partitiion, and 25.0 gr of BL(C)-2 shot them into itty-bitty groups of about 1/2 inch from my CZ-527 in .223 Rem. So that is the load I will use, of course! The Varget did not work as well - fo some reason, I've never had much luck with it in .223...

My CZ-527 American likes 27 gr of H-335 with the 40 gr BT. (Or 28.5 gr of W-748). It also likes 26 gr of H-335 with the 50 gr BT.
