After trying them in three different rifles I finally found one that actually likes them and shoots them into tiny little groups, my last 200 yard three shot group was 3/4 of an inch. Anyway it is a 6.5-06 Ackely shooting them at 3200 fps. Looking at the way they blow-up water jugs at 300 and 400 yards are they still ok for large mule deer and and occasional cow elk. My last cow elk was at 460 yards just looking for people that have actually used this bullet on game. They shoot so well I really want to use them.
Thanks ahead of time.

My brother used to do fine with 130 grain out of 270. No experience myself but gotta believe it would work on any elk you choose to shoot. You’ve obviously done something right to get the results you’re getting.

My wife uses this bullet in her Kimber Hunter 6.5 Creedmoor and has taken a few WT deer with it from 50-300 yards. MV is a little over 2800 fps and it has killed every deer with a single shot. The first doe was at 50 yards and she ran about 50 yards. The others were DRT. All had exit wounds about the size of a quarter.
This doe was around 250 yards.
