Due to moving to Oregon (Northern California) the concerns of possibly having to someday switch to a lead-free projectile are that much more real.
Has anyone had any experience they are willing to share with the 150 grain .308 caliber E-Tip in .30-06 at all? Or the 150 grain TTSX for that matter?
That article by Ross Seyfried has got me thinking about dropping down as well. Let's face it we all shoot standard calibers with regular loads the best.
I would have to do the load workup and all but a 150 grain bullet at 2900-2950 would be plenty in my opinion. This should be easy to attain with 4350 and a little range time.
Thanks -
Dale
