Well, its been a few months since I shot the cat. Just thought I'd give you an update. I'm currenty deployed and the cat is at the taxidermist. Last I've heard is that it had been returned from the tannery and dried and that was a month and a half ago. I decided to go with a full size mount that gives a creeping/stalking look in mid stride. The form is a mckenzie and the work is being done by Hunter T's Taxidermy out of Littleton, CO. I shopped and talked to 3 other taxidermists before deciding on him. It will be awesome to go and pick up the cat when I get home in late fall. Fortunately for me, my wife is looking forward to it as well and picking out what wall or furniture to put it on amongst the bull elk, buck, and pheasant all hanging up in the living room
