Blessed to get this guy this year ...

.30 Nosler in my Nosler Model 48 Long Range
Nightforce ATACR 5-25x56
180gr AccuBond at 3196fps at the muzzle
423 yards (Estimated 2400fps at this range)
Just about 19" of drop at 3000 feet

Scanned the area & saw nothing after bumping into a herd of 50 a few hours earlier & then saw this 5x5 bedded down 423 yards away oblivious to the world.

Not the largest of Elk, but very happy nonetheless!
