New year new rifle , right? How many members are planning on getting a new firearm or customizing a current one?
I’m hoping to have my 378 Wby back this spring. A new barrel is on order for the 458 WM and I’m on the fence on rebarreling the 224 Wby. As far as new , well you never know what may come up.

As previously mentioned, only plan at this time for this year is to rebarrel the LH Browning X Bolt All Weather 308 Win to 25 Creedmoor. It will get a 24" 1:7.5 twist barrel; either a Benchmark 5 R or a Wilson carbon fibre. Both are performing well in the 6.5 CM and 250 Savage.
Already have dies, brass, and lighter bullets (110 and 115 gr), and just ordered a couple of boxes of Hdy 128 gr ELD-X to try, and a box of Sierra 117 gr BTSP, and a 8 lb jug of N555. Already have Re-16, H4350, H4831SC, Superformance, and Staball 6.5 to try.

No plans for one but that could change.
I am probably going to replace the Mark 4 4.5-14x40mm on my 280AI. It's a great scope but not the best in low light.

Getting a 6.5 Mega to start loosening up, any day now. Plan to shoot 125ish grain mono’s for point and shoot to 325-350yds, in places I don't have time to range and click, like road crossings and narrow lanes.
83gr capacity/2.16” case.

Adding a 6.5-284 barrel to a switch barrel/switch bolt head Specialty Pistol.
Also, moving to a magnesium chassis stock, so now, it will be a switch stock as well. Already have one in wood.
Once this arrives, I will have barrels in 25 PRC, 6.5 PRC, 25-284, and soon to be added 6.5-284.
I will post pics once it arrives.

This is me. I should leave my wallet at home when I go to the gunshow this year. Hoping to do a couple of out of state hunts! Was thinking of picking up another 20 gauge. Either an O/U or semi-auto.

But I need to finish my .300 Savage project, and continue thinning my herd a bit yet.

I plan on getting rid of several of my guns this coming year. I would like a fast twist 6mm or 25 cal. Maybe Ruger will do a #1 in a caliber that catches my eye this year.

In the process of having a 223AI built now, for a combination practice rifle and coyote rig.
So far I've got:

Bartlein Mod B 1:7.5 .224 24" fluted Sendero profile.
Impact Precision 373R
Manners MCS-LRH-SC Sport Comp Stock
TriggerTech Diamond
MDT M5 precision bottom metal.

Barrel is being installed by GA Precision in KC now.

I'm sort of in a holding pattern now on the optic. Barreled action should be done in MAR and the stock APR. The biggest holdup is that the Leupold MK5 HDs with the PR2 reticle that I want are currently out of stock with Leupold and have been for a while. So I've got some time to sort the optic out.
