210 PT's

Man, were I the other side of the 49th Parallel, I'd be all over this.

A buddy of mine had his .338-06 chamber reamed specifically for that bullet - and it paid off with terrific accuracy.

Yeah, it is very hard to turn down 210 PT's when they go for nearly 45-50 a box nowadays.

They also have 160 SS PT's as well, might have a grab a couple of them to see what they will do in the 270WSM...

Absolutely a fantastic bullet in 338Win mag.

I saw that last night and if wasn't because I really loaded up when SPS offered the 200g Accubonds sometime back I'll be all over them.

Thanks for the heads up...

I bought some .338, 210 gr Partitions for the .338 Federal, my favorite bullet for that caliber.

I also bought some 100 gr Ballistic Tip, .257 bullets as well for cheaper practice in the .257 Roberts and maybe for racoons and coyotes, or if the 85 gr BT's won't shoot well. I have lost both of my favorite pet cats to racoons this year (so far) and war has been declared!

300 210PT heading to northern WI along with 300 .22 bullets for the 22-250 and AR15!!!!!!

This is the first time ordering from SPS and it will not be the last.

WT! Way to roll! 300 at a time assures you will stay in bullets for awhile! You can't beat it for 16.00 a bag. WT, what are they going for new at the store?

The 210 PT's are $42/50 @MidwayUSA and $52/50 locally.

Yeah, so I would say 16.50 a bag is a good price!

.37 cents around with shipping compared to .95 if I ordered from Midway/Cabela's. Now I can relax and enjoy shooting. I am hoping 300 gets me through the next few years. Shooting the .338 will be about the same cost as shooting all my other rounds. Next summer when I get my 06 tuned in, I am going to buy a pile of seconds for that rifle also. What is fun is getting a large number then "having" to add other bullets to the order because shipping is covered already.

That is why I get into such trouble with them. I always throw in a bag or two bullets, I just wanna "try"...

I shot my first bear with a 210 PT out of my 338 WM @ 370 yards. They are a great little bullet!

I really need to get a .338-06 AI built.
While my preference would be be the 225 gr. PT,,,If the rifle shot the 210's better, I would not fret over it. The 210 is a good all-around weight in the .338 caliber.

I use both. I use the 210 in the .338 Federal and the 225 gr in the .340 Weatherby. Whether a 210 gr at 2600 or a 225 gr at 3100 fps, not too many elk are going to walk away from either bullet in a .338 whatever.

Now your talking! A 210 and 338-06 go together like Peanut Butter and Jelly! Heck, I think when I have the 338 Win Mag rebarreled, I just might give the 210's a shot.. JD and others have had too good of luck with them to not try. They remind me of the 300 grain PT for the 45-70, they just penetrate out of size of SD numbers..
