22-250 & 55grBT

My father just picked up his first 22-250 and wants me to make some hand loads for him. What powder and recipies are you guys using with you 55gr either V-max or BT.

The 22-250 can be a ral shooter.
Here is what works in my M700 VLS.
50 gr BT

In my Howa 22-250 1/14" twist: Published load of H322 and 55gn BT shot VERY WELL. It ended up .4 gns below max for my gun during the summer. Anymore and the bolt would be sticky.

I used to load for my buddy's .22-250... I loaded 40 or 55 grain (never 50s, for whatever reason) with CCI 200s and H380. He killed a ton of stuff with that rifle.

JD... what is the load using RL-15 in relation to min-max charge weight. I have some RL-15 on my shelf and wondering if that is a max load or not
