.240Wea loaded with Speer Deepcurl

Went to the range here today to testfire a new load for the .240Wea.

Load was: Powder 54grain Norma MRP topped with a 100grain SpeerDC bullet.
Norma brass
Primer: Fed 215
Range was 100meters(110yards). Prone Pos. using natural rangebag as rest

Last 3 shots.

Looks to be giving you reasonable accuracy. That should put a good smackdown on about anything you might wish to hunt with the load.

Did you test the velocity?

I didn´t mike velocity this time, but next time on the range I will.

This load has been the most promising load so far with this rifle. The 85grain Barnes TSX is now second in line for being the best.
