25-06 100gr Nosler Partition

I have a Savage 25-06 with 1-10 twist and 22" medium heavy barrel. I can't get the 117 Hornady sp to pattern well with IMR4831. Today I picked up some 100gr Partitions and a can of Reloader22. Hopefully I can get the performance I am looking for with this combo. Does anyone have any input on this load combo? I know that my velocity will suffer a little from the 22" barrel, but hopefully not too much.

Yes 50-56 gr or so. Great powder. I use RL 25 with 100 gr BT at 3400 fps from my 24" tube Savage Tactical. I got a .055" groups this week!

You might give IMR 4350 a look it works every thing from the 100 grainers to the 120s.

I use IMR 4350 for 120 grain Partitions with sub MOA accuracey in my Savage 25-06.

I have had decent accurac'y with 4350 series powders but horrible SD #'s.
