Yup. My 700 CDL does well with the 115 Ballistic Tips over Nosler's recommended max load of Retumbo. I'm seeing 3120 fps, with excellent accuracy. My rifle is zeroed at 300 yards, and I've made kills from 20 - 420 yards with it.
That's a good bullet!
Am using Nosler cases, neck sized only, and primed with Federal 210 match primers.
The 115gn BTs were the most accurate bullet from my 25-06. I used 53.5gn of H-4831, which is just over the max load by Hodgdon, but there were no signs of pressure. Three shots, two holes. With 52gn of RL-19 and the 117gn Hornady BTSPs I got another great load.
I haven't tried the 115gr BT's in my 25.06 yet but I do have a couple hundred on order. My 25.06 loves RL22 and that is my go to powder with the 25. I currently load the Speer 120gr spritzer and the Sierra 117gr PH but have itching to give the 115gr BT a try. The RL22 works extremely well with these two bullets so I have no reason to believe that it wouldn't work equally as well with the 115gr BT.
I had really good results with RL25 and the 115 BT's. Accuracy was quick and the speeds were mid 3100's. I also used RL22 with great results with the Swift 120 A-Frame. Those run 3140 from our 25-06.
I can't add anything re 115 or 120gn bullets in .25-06. My barrel is a short 22" if I include the chamber & 20" if I don't but it doesn't seem to like the lower velocity of heavy bullets..
100gn Sierra work brilliantly for me with 53gns IMR4350 3250fps & 110gn Accubonds work in fine style with 53gns IMR4831 3127fps.
Both loads kill deer easily out to 300+ yds...including big stags!
I can't think of a viable reason to shoot a heavier bullet than the 110gn Nosler AB other than maybe for fun?
Best wishes.
