Loaded up some yesterday with 50grs of 4064, just just a nice 2.5" group at 300 yds and here
Is the 5 shot avg! Lol

Bet that doesn't go whistling thru like the Pro Hunters do! (y)

...my experience w/ the 75gr. V-Max is they tend to turn pdawgs inside out, whereas the 87gr. TNT's & 90gr. BlitzKings tend to have "explosive" results. Good times, either way...

No doubt the load will work for you, E. Best of luck. Sounds as if you have a good group in that load.

Earle that is really scooting along!! If you get a crack at those coyotes feeding on that moose I would think it will turn them inside out.!
2.5" at 300 yards is real decent accuracy as well (y).

Blessings,
Dan

Well to be honest I was shocked it shoots that little dinky short bullet so well???
Anyway we will see how they work, hopefully soon

Earle -

I have let the wind out of a few chucks and coyotes with that bullet!!!

You'll like it for the smaller stuff!

Dale

Hope so Dale as I cant stand wounding anything! I like Wildgenes description of how the bullet works! This is just a temp solution until the Blitzking 90 gr bullets get here, I have a friend in Alaska that has shot a bunch of Wolves, with the Blitzking bullets, some of them over hundred pounds, so basically twice the size of a Maine coyote, and he told me he has never lost one.......
Wolves are one tough critter, so that is a heck of recommendation coming from him. He also said it worked great on Caribou?
I said gosh thats a light bullet for caribouskies, he says he thought so too, until thats all he had with him one day, and since then he claims it flattens em! So anyway we will try these little 75 gr hummers and see what happens, till we can get some 90 Gr Blitzkings online! (y)

That is scorching! I'd bet you won't have something run away from that.

Well its nearly time this little pack of song dogs prances back through the area again, so hopefully one will give us a crack at em , I have 50 cases all primed and ready load those 90gr BlitzKings the moment they get here! But I have no doubt these little Vmax's will whack a songdog, just fine. From the looks of the tracks I have been seeing there is still two other pups left plus two adults, I did have another one come in the other nite, but when I went upstairs to shoot him I see it was an adult one, extreamely nervious about being that far away from cover, he would run in rip off a small piece moose and then run off 75 yds
Swallow it then slink back for more, so I waited till he was inbound, and as he came up to the bait, I snaped the green lazer on
To shoot, but he freaked out instantly and blew outta there before I could even begin to get the crosshairs onto him............
He has been illuminated before either by myself, years ago or someone else and possibly dinged , at any rate, he has never come back! This is the time of year we do see a few in the daytime, when its -10/-30 below zero they will take chances they normally never take! Yesterday here it set the all time record high of 50 degrees!!! Go figure!

Just got a foot of new snow and now it has quit
And stars are all out, maybe they will get brave and come
Have a visit with the Vmax!

Lol, not sure there would be enough left of a rabbit to even fit onto a Ritz cracker

Would be a waste of a good Ritz cracker, I should imagine.

Had one show up last nite at 10:15pm, we were having almost blizzard conitions at that time,
Reporter went off, took a look with greenlazer coild barely see anyyhing the way the snow was defusing
The light, just eyes, so did what I hate too and also turned on a big 20 million candlepower spotlight,
Bingo he went right over backwards and vanished out of yhe lights.........gone. No Shot. :(
