I had the same rifle and the same issues, but did like the cartridge.I had a .270 WSM on a Remington 700 SPS back in the day. Loved the cartridge but that rifle was a lemon. Feeding issues, extraction and ejection issues, bedding issues. Ugh.
The H4350 should work okay with the 150’s. Typically in the 270 WSM I used slower powders from H4831 all the way to Retumbo.Im new to reloading and looking for some help creating a load for my 270 wsm weatherby vanguard
I have some 150 gr Nosler ballistic tips that i would like to try, the only primers i could find were the Ginex large rifle primers and I have winchester/hornady brass. Looking at powders that are readily available and temp stable that i could possibly use in my 6mm rem and 3006. On hand i have varget and H4350.
not sure if i should post here or where. Any help appreciated.
