Hi everyone. I am needing some load data for the 150 grain Acubond for my .30-06 Weatherby Vanguard. I have the Nosler #5 manual. I am wanting to use RL-19 powder and CCI 200 primers. I also have Winchester LR primers available, if necessary. Can I use the 150 data in the manual, or do I need to go with the data for the heavier 165 grain bullets. RL-19 isn't listed for the 165's(RL-22 is however). Thanks in advance.

Data for the AccuBond is interchangable with data for Ballistic Tips or
Partitions of the same weight.

Thanks for the information. I thought that the 150 grain data would be OK, but just wanted to be sure. One more thing, why do you prefer the winchester LR primer over the others. Being I have both the winchester LR and the CCI200, I was just curious. Thanks again.

Winchester primers are slightly warmer than the CCI's and over the years
Have been more consistent in our testing of a variety of loadings.
I would however test both in your rifle to see which is most accurate.

Thanks again Nosler. I'll load up some with both brands of primers to see which is more accurate. Also planning on trying alliant RL-19 per the #5 manual. Also may try imr 4350, but would rather use RL-19 because it meters better in my uniflow measure. Any comments? Thanks.

I think you'll like the Win LR primers and RL-19 combo. The "best load" listed produced 3/4 MOA average groups in my old barrel (21" and 2925fps), and so far has been running in the 1/2MOA range in the current barrel (25" and 2975fps). Both barrels being Shilen 1-12 twist with tight chambers.
