Nice shooting Guy! A little BRASS and the slow moving, but super high SD, and BC of a 200 gr. 30 cal. bullet long before what we have today for bullets was more the norm back in the day, at least for me it was?
Before Barnes went to their solid copper bullets design I used their 200, and 220 in my '06. Then I went to the 200 Sierra SBT Gameking extensively because it shot well, and just plain worked on game. Later I used the 200 Norma Oryx and 220 Woodleigh Solids over in Africa that shot to the same POI which was a modern feat I thought on my part! lol
They are slow in the beginning, but tend to play catch up further out with a higher payload. Slow and steady with plenty of shank left after impact does the trick IMO.
