375 Nosler?

Usually I can't hear my bullets strike game, but I sure heard that 375 bullet smack the bear! :grin:

That's one of the things I like about the .375... my partner walloped a big bull caribou a couple of years ago with a 260PT at 275 yards. It sounded like a bat striking a watermelon...WHUMP! That bull slid off the rise where he was standing on his nose!

I've got to admit- I can't tell a lot of difference in smaller cartridges when they hit game...that doesn't apply to the .375...it just numbs them.

I'd have to run forward really, really fast while shooting my 375 H&H to get that kind of velocity! :mrgreen:

Bullet holds up well with that much velocity? It must, you keep killing things very dead.
