375 Ruger

Alaskan Outfitter said use 300 grain for spring grizzly/Kodiak with Ruger 375. Any opinions/experience??

No experience with that cartridge on game. However, if the outfitter recommended that bullet, I would take seriously his recommendation. I would imagine that a 300 grain Partition at 2600 fps would make quite an impression on a Kodiak bear. Heck, it'd even make an impression on a Democrat.

Not a bad combo/ People have been doing it with the 300 gr Partition and the 375 HH for dozen of years.

I would follow the advise of your outfitter. The 300 gr PT is an excellent bullet.
