.380 pocket pistol

That is a very cool extra on that slide!

BRM - you made a great choice. My friend loves her P238. She has over 300 rds of various brands without a failure. The sights are useable but don't interfere with carry or draw. She traded in a P3AT and isn't looking back.

If I saw this post earlier I would recommend the Kahr PM-9 but I didn't so I won't elaborate.

I found something very interesting that anyone using a front pocket holster might already be aware of. I switched my aluminum grips on my Sig for a pair of Hogue Rubber. shooting with the rubber grips is great with no slippage and a positive feel while gripping, however, I started practicing with removing the gun from the inside the pocket holster and low and behold the rubber grips were hanging up occasionally on the inside pocket material. The rubber material was binding the pocket and tying everything up. I switched back to my aluminum grips and the problem ceased. With the standard belt holster this was not an issue. Anybody else experience this?

well guys, just finshed my 300 round break-in period and I can tell you it went off without a hitch. Feeding was excellent and no malfunctions whatsoever. I fired a box of 90 grain XTP's without a hiccup and feeding was excellent. To say I'm pleased with this gun is putting it mildly.

I wouldn't expect anything less from a Sig. Glad you're happy with it.

Rubber grips will grab your pocket liner. If your pocket holster remains upright it may not be an issue. If you have roomy pockets and the holster gets canted it can get ugly.
