Has anyone had any experence with this? My father-in-law built this gun and I am going to start using it. It has a Douglas barrel with a Mouser action. He has used 105 g. roundnosed in the past. Since he passed away, there is no loading data I can find. I am going to use this for whitetailed deer. Any suggestions?

If you do a search for it in Google you will get some hits. Also it is essentially a ballistic twin of the 6mm-06 and it very close to the 240 Weatherby. I know the older Hodgdon manual had data on the 6mm -06. If you're having trouble finding some let me know. I will dig some up. BTW you're looking at 100 gr Partitions at 3200-3250 fps pending on your rifle. I assume it does not have any freebore (like the WBY) so the full 3350 fps is probably not obtainable.
