Stopped by the Shooters pro shop today to check out the nosler 48 long range package.
I asked about getting it in 7mm remington and was told just a minute.
Salesmen went to the back room and came out with another person and he handed me a bullet.
As i looked it over he said you are probably the first person out of the company to see the 7mm longrange AccuBond.
I had it in my pocket for a second.

Nosler is currently running the 7mm 168 gr LRAB. I am going to give them a try in the 280 AI.

I assume that Nosler will start adding loading data for the LRAB bullets as they become available. I also hope that Nosler will consider adding a 110 grain, .257 caliber LRAB eventually. Many here shoot the .25-06 and would be very happy to have that bullet available.

The 7mm longrange AccuBond bullet looked very long and sleek.
I have shot the berger bullets and they have performed good so fare, but have a concern about the berger hollow point design and a close shot.
I have been thinking of thinning down the gun safe and one rifle for deer thru elk and the 7mm in the longrange package seems to fit.

Yes I am doing the same thing 8) I hope that the 280AI is going to preform the way I think it will and then I am going to be a 2 rifle guy . The 280AI & the 35 Whelen with those 2 little ladies I believe that I just about have North America covered .
But I have said that I was going to reduce before and something always seems to stop me

Blessings,
Dan
