Thanks Doc! That looks pretty promising.

These will be my first loads with LRT. I have a ladder loaded to shoot tomorrow. Pulling from Hodgdons site I loaded a few 3 round sets around what I figured would be upper middle loads, hoping to get lucky and have bug holes land in my lap. They are .015” off the lands at 3.450” so I have some freedom with seating depth. We‘ll see what the rifle, targets, and Magnetospeed tell me.

EDIT: If LRT doesn’t work out I’ll move on to Staball HD. 7828 and RL25 treat me well also.

Keep us posted. I'm watching for your results. Interested in lrt and staball HD. 7828 is pretty good but might be a little fast for 180s. RL25....pass...lol

Kinda surprised to hear that for RL25. I was able to put together a very accurate load shooting the 175gr ELD-X over 67.5 grains of RL25. When I’m having a good day at the bench it will give sub 1/2” groups with velocity of 3003 fps average. But I’ll be sure and pass on what I get with LRT.

Can’t argue with those results.

I say that only because of availability but also not "temp stable" I don't think? I suppose the "availability" could be said about my go to H1000 though as well...
