Seeing a lot of paper talk /paper punching photos but not a lot of "terminal" talk and photos?

how are these working for you guys. I think I might have been the first to draw blood with them :grin: but have not used them on much sense .

Any thoughts?

I have several boxes of .308 210 gr, 168 Gr .284, .277 150 gr. and have punched plenty of paper but no big game kills that I can remember in my memory bank,

Here is the first kill with the 7mm 150 gr ABLR. The rifle was a 280 AI pushing the bullet at 2100 fps. Range was 275 yds and the doe dropped in her tracks. Notice that she still has beans in her mouth.

The second kill with the same rifle and load. Range was 385 yds.

The ABLR is an accurate bullet and it is a very fast and effective killer.

Here are a couple of head of game taken with my .280 last fall. I was shooting a 150 grain ABLR at 3050 muzzle velocity.





The bullet worked pretty well for me. Neither bullet was recovered.

Yes, the 7mm 150 gr ABLR from the 280 AI is 3100 fps at the muzzle.

This is what I can add from using the ABLR bullets, the 129 gr 6.5 mm in a 260 Rem in my case. On game results are on page 2.

My brother smoked a cow elk with a 168 ABLR out of his 284 Win. Worked well. Not much reaction to the first shot (Double lung shot @ 350 yards) she wheeled around and he put another in her as she was running off. The second was a bit far back. He is pushing the @ 2820 fps. We recovered one of the bullets, looked just like all the ones in the bullet test section. Mushroomed back to the start of the boat tail.

I smashed a nice buck with the 150gr 7mm ABLR out of my 280 AI last Nov @ 475 yards. Worked really well.

Really wanted to get them shooting in my wife's 284, but it didn't like the 150 ABLR at all. Shot the 168 well, but ended up settling on the 140 AB for now.

Great results. I sorta gave up on the 168's in the 7WSM and 150's in my 270WSM. They would be fabulous one day and throw zingers on me now and again. Maybe with a little more twist in my rifles next life they'd be better.

Jake, I'm thinking your wife will do well with that 140 AB! That's a sleeper bullet for the 7mm!

May I ask how you got 2 boxes of the 30 Cal 210's? I just called Nosler but got a voice mail to leave a message and I asked when the next run would be and told her if I was a Marine could I get some rite away :roll: I hope I did not make her mad but I think they know I am a USAF Fly Boy ? Maybe if I was an E8 or E9 I could get a case :lol:

I have them on about every website that sells the 210's email me when they get in list and I do not work so I guess Shooters Pro Shop will be my next homepage?

Ok different strategy :shock: BO a box from Bruno's as a nice Lady at Nosler said this would be only way to get any basically! :mrgreen:
