Hearing some great reports about AccuBond in hunting situations at distance. Does anyone have personal experience with an elk at 50 yards? I know short distance rifle hunting isn't as common, however I shot my last elk at 43 yards...right place, right time. My Partitions performed flawlessly. I would like to hear real accounts @ 100yds or less and how the bullet performed.

I'll get back to you on this hopefully around Aug 13. Treestand set up over a waterhole for antelope. Shot should be around 20-30 yards. Not really your typical antelope hunt but thats where their at. I think I'll use my 30.06 for this one. 300 RUM is a little overkill.

Thanks for the confidence boost Winnie! My 300wsm throws these like no others! Just trying to make an educated change. Partitions have been good to me...even with there limitations. NOTHING LIKE OTHER HUNTERS and espesially reloaders to help.
