1/4 cup Worcestershire
3 beef bullion cubs
1/4 cup wine
juice of one large lime
pepper
salt to taste (after finished cooking)
butter 1/4" pat
dash of liquid smoke
chive and onion cream cheese
soft sourdough hoagie rolls
loud cheese mushrooms and some sautéed onions
put all above ingredients in slow cooker low covered for 12 hours. shred meat with two forks.
Sautee mushrooms and onions and place aside. butter one side of bread and sear in pan until golden brown leaving lough side soft. spread liberal amount ( hell make it copious ) amounts of cream cheese spread. add plenty of cheese mushrooms and onions. pull a cup of hot auju sauce out of slow cooker. Get plenty of rest and fluids and call me in a week.
add pepper if you want something crazy.
you can also use jalapeño cream cheese if your into that sort of thing.
I like mine with some sriracha and plenty cold beer or some maple jack Daniels.
