Anyone shooting the .250 Savage?

DakotaES- Glad it worked ot for you. That one was worth the wait! Some where along the line I have told the story of how I let a Ruger RSI in 250-3000, with a K-4 slip through my hands. I talked them down to $200 bucks...then walked away with out it :roll: :shock:

. That was 20 years ago and it was a choice between the down payment and diapers..... Hope you enjoy it, just dont show me any pictures,

I still cringe when I think about it. Some one here has been loading 110 AB's @2500fps with great success. Check that out- I havent tried it and probably wont. I like the velocity of the 100gr BT and 35 gr of 4064. Let us know how she shoots. And again congrats on a fine rifle in THE calibre. Officially jealous.... CL

Awesome story and that RUGER RSI is a SWEET heart of a rifle. I know if I ran across one of them with some money in my pocket like you did, I would be all over it..

Getting one in a Model 70 would make my head explode! Awesome find. I love that little 250 Savage. I don't think it would get much better for a young shooter, or heck, an OLD shooter like that Dr. Mike! :twisted:
