This is just an open post to expound the virtues of the Nosler Ballistic Tip bullets. I just weighed out 200 of the 95 gr 6mm's. I was absolutely amazed at the consistancy in the weights.The actual weights and piece counts are below:
94.8 grs = 6 bullets
94.9 grs = 104 bullets
95.0 grs = 84 bullets
95.1 grs = 6 bullets
That means that 94% were within 1/10 of a grain of each other. And this is on a digital scale with an accuracy of +/- .1 grs......If there is a more consistant bullet at any price, I'd like to know what it is. Typically the weight variance of "premium" bullets I have weighed is +/- .4 or .5 grs
