Ba'r hunting

Plan on spending the next few days bear hunting in Washington's Cascades. Basing the hunt from home, so will be able to check in time to time if I'm not too exhausted.

Will let you know how I make out...

No bear, or bar yet. Darned fine day of hunting with my 15 year old son though! We saw mule deer, coyote, squirrel, osprey, hawk, salmon jumping in the river... Bear sign, but no bear... Maybe tomorrow... Here's a few photos from today's hunt:

Son and I will try for bear again tomorrow. Need to bring more food for him, he was done with his and looking at my chow by 1430... Bought him dinner on the way home, and he ate again when we got home... Talk about a predator! :grin:
