I am seeking information on the best load date you have found for the 160 AccuBond. I bought the 5th addition of the nosler book and there is no data for that bullet/ After years of shooting factory ammo in my guns, I have decided it is time to reload for optimum proformance of my 7 rem mag. I am planning to reload 160 gr nosler AccuBond for my trip to colorado. I have read all the pros and cons of this bullet but thats not the debate here. Can anyone help?

gunslinger,

Use the 160 gr Partition load data for the Accubonds. Nosler list Viht N165 as the most accurate load. You might also want to try RL22 or IMR4831.

Just finished working up a load for a friends 7 mag. Had the best groups .46" with 57G IMR 4350, new nosler brass, fed 215 primers, seated 0.009 of the lands. Good luck.

I have been using 160 accubonds with reloder 22. I used my chronograph as my guage of pressure and at 3050 fps I am at 65 grs. My rifle is a Sako 75 stainless, this load is very accurate, average of 5 groups at 100 yards is .8. Ought to kill just about anything.

I, too, have found the 4350 the most accurate though I've used 4831 for most of my 25 years with this caliber. Recently I've been working with RL22.

60 grs of 4350 and 65 grs RL22.

You can safely use 72.0 grains of RL-22 with that 160 AB. ..great bullet...buddy of mine SMASHED a caribou at 500 paces with a 200 Gr Ab in a 300 Ultra-Mag this past spring...great choice..
