Better Hunters?

Mike, aren't our lives a paradox. Animal instinct and technology.
Bruce just think if the animals had the technology and knew how to use it. I think we all would be in trouble.

The animals already have considerable advantages. An elk's nose or a bear's nose simply cannot be fooled. This means that the hunter must always be conscious of scent control. The moose's ears are incredibly sensitive, meaning that every sound is potentially a give away to this critter. The mountain goat's eyes and the mountain sheep's eyes are simply unbelievable. The hunter must anticipate getting above these magnificent creatures; he or she dare not try to climb up to them without significant cover. The whitetail is one of the most wary and well-equipped creatures in the forests. The incautious hunter will see nothing more than a white flag. Yeah, they have quite a few advantages already.

Ahh the good Doctor is a hunter after my own heart. the challange of fooling our pray not so much the kill is why we hunt. All the gadgets in the world can't replace that primitive skill or self satisfaction.
They the gadgets just makes it easier for us to kill our pray.

Killing isn't exceptionally difficult; hunting is a skill acquired through a lifetime of study.

I couldn't agree more, Dr. Mike. Well said.
