I ordered one for my 224 Wby after I get my new barrel on. With a stainless barrel this could look pretty neat.

I've looked at that stock as well. It is a neat looking stock. I really like the Boyds Prairie Hunter stock that I put my Ruger action in a couple weeks ago.

What action is that built with? And is that barrel using a lock ring attatchment like on Savage rifles? I do like the way Savage attatches the barrels.

The rifle is a Weatherby Vanguard using Shilen’s Alternut prefit. This is the second one I’ve done with them.

All the brass fired in the old barrel will not work in this barrel , so I still have 40 pcs to work with.
It is hefty coming in at 11.6 lbs.
