Brux Barrels

Building an 378 Wby for pounding steel when I ever get my action. The whole thing will ride in a MPA chassis.

It’s a 1:10 twist. With a finished length of 32” my intent is 350gr LZRs above 3000 fps with N570 and easy on the brass. With my 416 Wby I can run the 350gr TTSX past 3000 fps if I want.
My son has a 378 Wby in a Mark V that he’s been tinkering with the 320 and 330 MTHs.

Excellent!!!!! My 25-06 AI is a Brux. Shoots like crazy!

BTW I do not know if I asked before but can you share the 350 TTSX at 3000 fps plus load for the 416...pleasssssse?

That’s incredible that they got it made so fast!

I’ve used two, and still using one of them. They definitely make great barrels that shoot extremely well!

A .375 caliber bullet going 3K should make hearing impacts easy, even from a mile away!

Why not do a 37XC Jim? They are a bit longer but its better brass and its made for what your wanting to do.

I thought about the Tubb’s XC , but my heart is in the Weatherbys. I have a good supply of Jamison and Wby brass on hand. The Jamison brass has shown to hold well in my son’s 378 Wby and my 416 Wby.
