Thought some people would be interested in this site. I suggest the stoney point and measuring multiple times for consistency. I will also mention that I partial size bumping the shoulder back no less than .001 and no more than .002 using a comparator gauge made by stoney point for my bolt rifles. For my encores and contenders I use Mike Bellm's gauge. I find that this limits working the brass and give good accuracy. It does take a good lub to be consistent recommend Imperial sizing die wax, now a Redding product.

I should also say that if you only bump the shoulders back these are firearm specific cases. Use them only in the firearm they where measured for.
