Myself and two friends made it out to shoot some and try out my friends new Swarovski Z5 3-18w BT. He is shooting a Browning A bolt South Paw. He had a Christensen Carbon wrapped barrel installed chambered in 300 RUM. We shot out to 700 yards. The scope seems to work well. It takes a lot of time starting out at 100 yards and moving the target out in 100 yard increments to get that unit set but it will be worth it.
The other gun on the bench wearing the big Leupold is a full Christensen Arms Custom also chambered in 300 RUM.
The 2 rifles in the Pelican case on the truck box belong to me one is a customized 700 stainless with the Christensen carbon wrapped barrel and carbon fiber stock with a Swarovski Z3 3-10.
The other one is my 19 year old Model 70 stainless which I had rechambered to 7STW before I ever fired it. Its wearing a Vari Xiii 3.5-10x50 with heavy duplex. It seems the more you shoot the more excuses you have to go shoot some more.
